People are at the heart of every strategy.
For more than 16 years, I’ve helped churches, leaders, and families navigate the meaningful work of developing people. I’ve led teams of all sizes, developed thriving volunteer cultures, designed scalable ministry systems, created curriculum, taught parents, and coached emerging leaders.
My work sits at the intersection of leadership, family, ministry, education, and inclusion; bringing both strategic clarity and a deep care for people.
